I am doing more research of the benefits of hugging, cuddles and embraces and came across this lovely little video. Interestingly produced by a Cremation Centre. Makes me think we need to make time to hug those we love before it's too late!!! Also I haven't found the proof yet but I am sure regular hugs would increase your life span - or, if not I, guess they are going to make a short life happier.
I am continuing the theoretical research and will also be delighted to receive a hug if you see me in person in order to update my experiential data!!!
