As Above, so Below - Dances of harmony and balance integrating Heaven and Earth.

Vital Danza session Friday 19th September  8.15-9.45pm

At the time of the equinox day and night are of equal length, perfect time for us to focus on balance in lives. 

This piece of music, by Gabriel Roth, is used for an exercise called - Pulsating dance of Intimacy and Infinity. We begin connected to our heart, and the experience of closeness and intimacy with ourself. Quiet, thoughtful, peaceful - we then feel the impulse to open ourselves to the infinite cosmic energy that feeds our soul.  We open our eyes, raise our arm and commune with the universe.

Every thing in the universe pulses, our heart opens and closes valves allow the circulation of blood, the flow of the gift of life..  This dance reminds us we are one with the mysteries of the universe and connects us to the pulse of our deep intimacy with the infinite expansion of our human potential.  (words from Patricia Martello)
