Vital Danza led by Helen Thatcher

Welcome - This is a space to give a flavour of the Vital Danza sessions facilitated by Helen in Sussex. Sessions are professionally guided and suitable for anyone regardless of experience. There are no steps to learn, simply the opportunity to feel alive and uplifted. Regular weekly class is on Friday 8.15-9.45pm at The Float Spa 8. Third Avenue, Hove. Cost £12. Arrive 8pm.
